The Scottsdale basketball league starts very soon and I have put together a great team this year. I think that we might be the team to beat this year from everything I hear. VII. In the beginning, hit the bag softly, this will make you count the hits clearly.

VIII. Keep moving your fists by continuously punching the bag.

IX. Do not drop your arms while punching. This will make punching harder for you.

X. Keep your arms and fists, up in the proper position.

XI. In the beginning, you will need to keep contact of your eyes with the bag, but eventually your motions will be in a guided position and you won’t be in need of keeping an eye contact with the boxing bag.

XII. Adjustment of the bag at proper height is very important. It helps to avoid unnecessary strain on your muscles.
