A Very Satisfied Customer

While eating lunch at the office this morning, I overheard one of my officemates ranting about this certain auto shop. He said that instead of having his car repaired, his car seem to perform even less. And just one week after he checked out his car from the shop, it once again broke down while he was in the middle of a very heavy traffic. The boisterous honking of horns around him made him even more angry and regretful of hid decision of sending his car to that auto shop.
I know that it was very impolite of me to butt in but I can’t stop myself to tell him that I know a very dependable differential shop in Clearwater, that also offer other services like fix transmission Tampa. I told him that I am sure that he’ll be very happy with how this company works because they are not only trusted by many for several decades already; they also have state of the art facilities. I told him about my experience with them, and how I was really satisfied and how my car is still doing well up to now.
The week after that, he approached me during lunch and thanked me for recommending that shop to him. Like me, he was also a very satisfied customer.
