The cisco repair company that just sent me an email is offering free shipping for the month of January. I do not need anything right now, so there is no way that I am going to be able to take advantage of this offer. I called and asked them if for some reason I did not need any used cisco parts by the end of the month, if they would allow me to have one item any other month shipped for free and they said yes.

I was really happy with the response from the cisco repair company and how they handled themselves. I was really thinking that they might tell me that there was no way to extend it for any reason. The saleswoman on the phone actually told me that if you ask every time, they may give you free shipping if you are a regular customer just because they want to keep their customers happy.

I have made about two thousand dollars worth of purchases from them since the spring for used cisco parts, so I think that it would qualify me as being a regular customer. I am going to ask for my free shipping that I have earned from now on.
